Terms of Sale

PipMaster Sniper Ghost V1 ("the Product") is a digital software product - specifically an Expert Advisor (EA) designed for use with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platforms.

The Product is delivered electronically as a downloadable file immediately upon successful payment confirmation. You will receive installation instructions and license activation details via email.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Product according to your selected package:

• Package 1: 1 live account + 1 demo account
• Package 2: 2 live accounts + 2 demo accounts
• Package 3: 3 live accounts + 3 demo accounts
• Package 4: 5 live accounts + 5 demo accounts

Each license is bound to a specific MT4/MT5 account number. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or transfer your license to any third party without our express written consent.

All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are final. Payment is processed securely through Flutterwave, our authorized payment processor.

Accepted Payment Methods: Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel), Bank Cards (Visa, Mastercard), and Bank Transfers.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the Product and your license key. All sales are processed in real-time with instant delivery.

The Product is delivered electronically within minutes of payment confirmation. You will receive:

• Download link for the EA file (.ex4 or .ex5)
• Your unique license key(s)
• Installation guide with step-by-step instructions
• Quick start guide and configuration presets

If you do not receive your purchase within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team immediately at support@pipmaster.com.

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Product, you may request a refund within 7 days subject to the following conditions:

• You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
• The Product must not have been used for live trading beyond the testing period
• You must demonstrate that you attempted to use the Product as intended
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@pipmaster.com

Note: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Upon refund approval, your license will be immediately deactivated. For full refund policy details, see our Refund Policy page.

The Product, including all code, algorithms, documentation, and related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of PipMaster. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product, but does not transfer any ownership rights.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the Product
• Share your license key with others

Violation of these terms will result in immediate license termination without refund and may result in legal action.

All packages include free lifetime updates for Version 1 (V1) of the Product. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features.

Support is provided according to your package level:

• Package 1: Email support (24-48 hour response)
• Package 2-4: Priority email support + WhatsApp support
• Package 4: 24/7 on-call support for urgent issues

Support covers installation assistance, configuration help, and technical issues. We do not provide trading advice or guarantee specific trading results.

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Trading forex involves substantial risk, and the Product is a tool to assist your trading - it does not guarantee profits or prevent losses.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

Important: You acknowledge that forex trading carries significant risk and that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results.

We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately if you violate these Terms of Sale. Upon termination:

• Your license will be deactivated and the Product will cease to function
• You must immediately cease all use of the Product
• You must delete all copies of the Product in your possession
• No refund will be provided for terminated licenses

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

However, changes will not affect purchases already completed - your purchase is governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
